The Workforce Management Analyst is an essential role in the tech industry, providing data-driven insights to tech organizations by generating and tracking metrics like operational performance, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
With an Expoint job, you’d be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, spotting trends and making data-driven decisions and recommendations. You’d evaluate job design, monitor organization performance, review staffing levels and schedules, and provide guidance to ensure that the organization’s workforce management system is optimized.
You’d also be responsible for researching labor law and regulations to ensure operations compliance with legal and internal policies. Ultimately, as a Workforce Management Analyst with Expoint, you’d strike the balance between driving improved performance and ensuring that the workforce is supported and treated compliantly.
Successful applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, economics, or a related field and experience in data analysis, as well as strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Knowledge of human resources or workforce management is preferred but not required.
